Story-Formed Life
January 12, 2025
We’re delighted to have you visit our website. At CrossPointe, we are committed to loving God, loving people, and making disciples. Join us for worship this Sunday and become part of our vibrant community.
What if your life was part of a bigger story—a story that shapes your hope, identity, and closest relationships? This January, we’ll explore the transformative power of God’s grand narrative through 1 Peter, discovering how the gospel is not just a message to believe but a reality that reshapes every aspect of who we are and how we live. Together, we’ll uncover a hope that stands firm through trials, an identity that brings belonging and purpose, and the beauty of living in community as God’s people. Building on “The Story of God,” where we saw Jesus throughout Scripture, this series invites you to step into what it means to live as “The People of God”—a truth that transforms our lives, relationships, and purpose.

Inspiring Faith, Sharing Wisdom, Nurturing Hearts
It’s been a pleasure being part of the Crosspointe family. They have helped me through some tough times and have been such a blessing to my life. I loved serving on the worship team and doing life/building connections with people in my Community Group. I really appreciate Pastor Steve’s leadership as he displays honesty, humility, vulnerability, genuine love for God and compassion which I see trickle down to the members. I also love the church’s stance on mental health and their support of members appropriately receiving care. I highly recommend this church.
As soon as we moved to Orlando, we started looking for a church to join. At the time we were looking for a church where the Word of God (Bible) was preached, a family church, which lived the love of Christ, reaching others and forming disciples of Jesus. We visited and attended around eight churches, but we had not yet found the joy and peace we were looking for in a church. After watching a service on YouTube and listening to the Word of God being preached, we decided to visit CrossPointe. We found our church. A family living the love of Christ. We were received with lots of love and affection. And the peace that surpasses all understanding took over our hearts and minds.
What does the church mean to us? It means everything.
First, it gives us community – the connections, support, & friendships we’ve built with our community group and members of the congregation has been a blessing to our family. The members of CrossPointe are genuine, kind, and uplifting. Pastor Steve, the Elders, & other leaders of CP are easy to talk to, readily available, and truly care about the spiritual growth of the church.
Second, coming to church every Sunday has been an essential part of our family feeling connected with God. At CrossPointe, the Bible is preached clearly, effectively, and never taken out of context. This has helped our family have a better understanding of the Bible & grow in our faith. We always feel that Jesus is at the center of it all and the presence of God is felt here.
