DAILY REFLECTIONS

PALM SUNDAY
Read: Matthew 21:1-11
The King comes to us who were far off with gentleness and humility.
Reflection: Who is Jesus? The crowds asked this question on that day and it is a question we must answer today.

MONDAY
Read: Matthew 21:12-17, Isaiah 56:7
Jesus removes the distractions that hinder worship and missions to all peoples.
Reflection: Lord, help me see where I am more focused on myself and overturn my heart to serve others.

TUESDAY
Read: Matthew 21:23-24:51
In a sea of arguments, Jesus centers everything on love—love for God and love for others.
Reflection: Lord, help me to love others in the same way you have loved me. Help me to see where I need to grow in your love.

WEDNESDAY
Read: Matthew 26:6-16
While Judas plans his betrayal, a woman pours out costly love.
Reflection: Lord, help me know if my love for you is sacrificial or merely convenient.

THURSDAY
Read: Matthew 26:17-75
Jesus serves, blesses, grieves, prays, and is betrayed – all in one night.
Reflection: Lord, when I am tested, help me to stay awake in prayer and not fall asleep in my comforts.

GOOD FRIDAY
Read: Matthew 27
The Innocent One is condemned so the guilty can be set free.
Reflection: Do I still tremble at the weight of what it cost Jesus to save me?

SATURDAY
Read: Matthew 27:62-66
God was silent but not absent.
Reflection: Do I trust God’s plan even when he feels silent?

RESURRECTION SUNDAY
Read: Matthew 28:1-10
The stone was rolled away – not so Jesus could get out, but so we could see in.
Reflection: How is the resurrection shaping my hope right now?
