ABIDING TOGETHER IN THE GOSPEL

  • To abide in Jesus is to abide in the fullness of God’s story throughout history.
  • The Gospel in which we abide is the only hope for a broken world.

 

GROWING TOGETHER IN COMMUNITY
  • We grow individually and together in community
  • “…we are to grow up in every way into him who is the head, into Christ, from whom the whole body, joined and held together by every joint with which it is equipped, when each part is working properly, makes the body grow so that it builds itself up in love.” Ephesians 4:15-16
  • “And we urge you, brothers, admonish the idle, encourage the fainthearted, help the weak, be patient with them all.” 1 Thessalonians 5:14

 

FRUITFUL TOGETHER ON MISSION
  • Fruitfulness is the fragrance produced in our lives as we abide in Jesus.
  • “For we are the aroma of Christ to God among those who are being saved and among those who are perishing, to one a fragrance from death to death, to the other a fragrance from life to life.” 2 Corinthians 2:1
