Don’t Lose Heart
- “having this ministry by the mercy of God”
- “Having” – we currently possess something of value that gives us hope
- “Mercy of God” – understanding the treasure of the gospel
- “Ministry…” – as recipients of God’s mercy we are now ministers of God’s mercy
The Veiled Gospel
- Veiled by our own actions – “disgracefull, underhanded ways” and/or “praticing cunning or tampering with God’s Word.”
- “Veiled by Satan”
The Illuminated Gospel
- “Open statement” – the clear proclamation of the gospel
- God ultimately shines the light of faith and understanding in our hearts”
Beholding & Becoming
- Behold
- God made a way for salvation (mercy of God)
- God gives us faith and understanding (2 Cor. 4:6)
- Reflect
- Proclaim to the gospel to those in darkness
- Proclaim the gospel to one another and our own hearts.
